In general I am super OVER the ultra turn of the century embellishment of Evisu. However, with an appropriately toned down ensemble, these could be cheeky and fresh. Somehow I kind of suggest that you be over 35 or under 20 though. Anywhere in between seems a little like a Mommy issue.
